Rady FlexMBA students develop a thorough understanding of management and leadership in a global environment, and build on this with a curriculum focused on business realities and critical needs for organizations driven by innovation. The program combines a solid core, an integrative course sequence focused on innovation, a strong elective curriculum, a commitment to leadership development and an emphasis on cutting-edge industry sectors.
As a Rady FlexMBA, you will experience the same innovation-focused curriculum, taught by the same extraordinary faculty, regardless of whether you choose the FlexWeekend or the FlexEvening option. Our faculty often talk about their appreciation of teaching FlexMBAs, who apply materials and concepts from classes immediately in their workplaces — and bring their experiences and results back to the classroom. In either schedule option, you will develop strong relationships with your class cohort, working together through the core curriculum, and you will have a full elective curriculum available during your schedule. You will also have the opportunity to choose from electives offered across Rady, maximizing your choices, expanding your relationships with Rady MBA colleagues, and providing flexibility in how you complete your educational program. Rady is committed to supporting the educational needs of working professionals — and to offering an excellent graduate management education.
