MBA Career Connections engages directly with students to identify the companies and sectors that are of emerging interest. Great companies are interested in Rady — and we are committed to nurturing these relationships and to building new ones that fulfill student interests and goals.

You will have access to employers and opportunities through many channels, including a resume database for employer review, internship and career postings, on-campus interviewing, company briefings, career forums and career fairs.

Rady alumni are actively involved, serving as a resource for you in preparing for your job search and in making connections. Alumni have represented their companies at Rady career fairs, hosted student groups for company site tours, and created connections for Rady MBAs with their employers for possible career or internship positions.

The events and initiatives spearheaded by MBA Career Connections are complemented by student club activities, by Alumni Association activities, and by the Executive Mentor program.
