The Rady MBA Programs

The Rady School educates leaders for innovation-driven organizations—individuals who are effective in the fluid, evolving environment in which such organizations operate and who understand how ideas move into the marketplace and how opportunities become business realities.

The Rady MBA programs are built on a spirit of collaboration and mutual contribution. We work collaboratively with our business community and with centers of excellence across the UC San Diego campus. The school’s curriculum places a special emphasis on issues faced by companies in the life sciences and technology sectors, where constant innovation is needed for business success.

The Rady FlexMBA

FlexMBA students are working professionals with a passion for innovation and the drive to create business success. They are highly effective in their current roles and are ready to take on more responsibility and make greater contributions. The program is designed to enable students to meet goals they and their organizations have set for their educational and professional development. The Rady FlexMBA is offered in two formats, FlexWeekend and FlexEvening, to accommodate the needs of working professionals with various roles and responsibilities.

The Rady Full-Time MBA

The Rady Full-Time MBA develops the fundamental knowledge necessary for success in an innovation-driven global environment, increases students’ ability to work collaboratively, enhances leadership potential and professional skills and fosters innovation and entrepreneurial thinking. Rady Full-Time MBAs are smart, collaborative, passionate about the business of innovation, interested in the worlds of science and technology—and ready to launch the next stages of their careers. Full-Time MBA study is an immersion, allowing students to achieve new knowledge, new professional tools and intensive personal growth—a platform from which to launch a new stage of their professional lives.
